Agent9Book intro

Sheet A-201 · Drawing register

Built for how
you actually work.

Agent9 is new, so here's the honest version: these are sample builds, made to show the kind of software we build. Each one runs right here with made-up data, so try them. Client projects will be listed here once the clients say they can be.

Sample builds

Drawing register

S-01Sample build

For Electrical contractors

Voltline · Electrical estimating

The problem
Devices get counted off the drawings by hand, then priced in a spreadsheet only one estimator understands.
What it does
Projects and bids in one place. A model finds the symbols on the drawings, the finds become a bill of materials, and it prices out from your own parts, assemblies and labour rates.
S-02Sample build

For Estimators and project managers

Redline · Drawing and spec check

The problem
Conflicts between sheets, and between the drawings and the spec, turn up in the field instead of before bid day.
What it does
Load a drawing set and its project manual. It checks every sheet against the sheets it touches and against the spec, clouds what disagrees, answers questions about the set, and drafts the RFI.
S-03Sample build

For Owners and estimators

Strata · Project history

The problem
Years of job costs sit in spreadsheets that each name things differently, so no two jobs compare.
What it does
It reads the old spreadsheets, maps every cost name to one company codebook, and makes every job comparable: side by side, on a map, and through a chat that answers in sheets you can export.
S-04Sample build

For General contractors

RFI tracker · RFIs and change orders

The problem
RFIs and change orders are tracked across email and two spreadsheets, and approvals get lost.
What it does
One log per job, tied to your job numbers. Who has the ball, what's overdue, what it costs, and the paper trail.

Something like this, but for the way your company works? That's the whole idea.
